MIS Series
JVL MIS series motors are stepper motors with integrated drive and Closed Loop. In many applications, the “Stepper Closed Loop” solution allows replacing systems previously operated solely with brushless motors + gearboxes. They are available either with RS485 serial communication, Modbus_RTU, IO-LINK, and CANopen or Ethernet-based (Sercos III, EtherCAT, Profinet, Ethernet-IP, Powerlink, Modbus_TCP, Wireless). These motors also have built-in uPLC, which, through the eight digital I/Os, allows small programs to be created without needing a PLC. Available with a standard stepper motor or new hybrid stepper motor technology with rare earth magnets in the rotor, offering +40% more torque for the same size.
