Servotecnica will participate in SPS – Smart Production Solutions 2025, in Nuremberg from November 25 to 27, 2025, where it will showcase a series of innovative solutions for industrial automation.
Included in the new technologies the company will present at the fair there is an ultra-compact Pancake Slip Ring, designed to deliver high current performance and maximum operational reliability, specifically developed for welding robot applications.
The innovations include too the range of coreless brush and brushless micromotors, expanded with new 4-pole models and, for the first time, a brushless autoclavable micromotor (Ø19 mm, 58,000 RPM, Hall effect, up to 500 autoclave cycles), ideal for medical applications requiring high performance in sterilizable environments.
Additionally, integrated solutions will be showcased, such as a Slip Ring combined with FORJ (fiber optic slip ring) and an absolute FLUX encoder with BiSS protocol.
This solution integrates power, data, and video signal in a single system (1 single-mode fiber channel, 6 power circuits, 30 I/O circuits, 2 Ethernet channels, and 7 video channels).
