To meet these demands Faulhaber has developed a line of brushless servomotors suitable for both dentistry and implantology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This series is unique because of the wide variety of speeds, its lightness, compactness and the fact that it does not get very hot. In addition, the integration between the motor and Hall sensors ensures speed settings from very low to very high, guaranteeing the speed can be maintained even when the load increases. These benefits can not be obtained with the outdated generation of compressed air hand pieces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The coreless technology (winding not made of iron) means the rotor inertia is low , as is the weight, thus guaranteeing perfectly regular rotation and absence of vibration and noise, thanks to good rotor balance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
High motor efficiency means current consumption is very low. Consequently the motor temperature, and therefore that of the hand piece, remain optimal for the entire duration of use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In addition to ensuring high speeds, the brushless technology considerably increases the life of the servomotor; results that cannot be achieved with conventional motors with brushes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Faulhaber can manufacture motors according to customer specifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Autoclavibility is one of the options available, allowing the entire hand piece to be sterilised at high temperatures without damaging the motor.<\/p>\n\n\n
